Our team welcomes you all year round and advises you in your discovery of a territory covering 30 communes in the north-east of the Eure, in the Vexin Normand, halfway between Paris and the Normandy coast.

Our objective: to allow you to take full advantage of your stay according to your tastes and desires of the moment and … make you want to come back !

We are located in Lyons-la-Forêt, a village classified as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France®, just a stone’s throw from the market hall, in the heart of the village.

We are happy to answer your requests for personalised advice on choosing a visit, a walk around one of our villages or an activity.

We will inform you about events and visits that can enrich your stay in our area.

• Tuesday to Friday : 10am – 12pm & 1pm – 5pm
• Saturday : 9.30am – 12pm & 1pm – 5pm
• Sundays and public holidays (including May 1st) : 9.30am – 12pm & 1pm – 4pm
• Closed on Monday

July & August:

• Monday to Sunday and public holidays : 9.30am – 5.30pm without interruption

From 1st October to 31st March

• Tuesday to Friday : 1pm – 5pm
• Saturday : 10am – 12pm & 2pm – 5pm
• Sunday : 10am – 1pm
• Closed on Mondays and public holidays

February and November school holidays

Our office has been awarded the Tourism & Handicap label for the four types of disability: hearing, motor, mental and visual. It has all the necessary facilities to welcome people with reduced mobility. A parking space is reserved for people with disabilities in front of the office.

  • Throughout the year, the Lyons Andelle Tourist Office organises guided tours of villages in the area, including Lyons-la-Forêt, as well as themed guided tours and treasure hunts for the whole family, by reservation.

  • Adults : 5 €
  • Reduced rate (12 – 18 years old) : 4 €
  • Free for children under 12 years old and people accompanying disabled persons.

The Lyons Andelle Tourist Office is a Public Administrative Service of the Lyons Andelle Community of Communes.

It belongs to the network of Offices de Tourisme de France. It is classified in category 2.

As such, it undertakes to :

• To provide you with an easily accessible reception and information area.
• To provide a permanent reception service with staff who speak at least two foreign languages.
• To inform you free of charge about the local tourist offer and to present you all the qualified offer of its intervention zone.
• To provide tourist maps, plans and tourist guides on paper.
• To diffuse its tourist information also on paper support, translated at least in two foreign languages relating :
  • To all classified tourist accommodations including at least the name of the establishment, postal address, email, website address, telephone number, the level of classification, Monuments and cultural, natural or leisure tourist sites, which may include the indication of prices, periods and opening hours to the public, the website and telephone and postal contact details, Events and animations, Emergency telephone numbers.
• To update annually its tourist information and guarantee the reliability and the topicality of the information on the local tourist offer.
• To facilitate your steps.
• Offer you furniture to sit on and free access to wifi.
• Display and broadcast its opening periods in at least two foreign languages.
• Be open at least 240 days a year, including Saturdays and Sundays, during the tourist season.
• Answer all year long to your mails.
• Display outside the building the emergency phone numbers.
• Treat your complaints and measure your satisfaction.
• Respect a quality approach.

The Lyons Andelle tourist office has obtained the Quality Tourism mark™.

This mark testifies to our constant commitment to improve the quality of our reception, that of the service providers of our territory, by collecting your oral appreciations, your requests and your complaints.

We provide you with satisfaction questionnaires, suggestion and complaint forms.

We analyze them and transmit them, if necessary, to the organizations and tourist actors concerned in order to contribute together to improve the tourist reception on our territory.
